Even the Regent Park Ducks have changed... :(
Ignoring the heat wave (which btw seems like its not going away anytime soon) in London, I decided to take my daughter to the park. With all the beautiful memories I have of feeding the ducks by the lake in Londons Hyde & Regents park, I couldnt help but pass it over to my 22month old daughter. So i pack a bag full of toast bread, put her in her little pink car, get in a cab and head to Regent park. There we headed directley to the pond and to my suprise the ducks have grown!! Well anyway, my daughter loves animals (unlike me) she has an obsesstion especially with ducks. As we approuch them, I open up my little bag full of toast and start throwing little bits and peices near them, within a split of a second all i know is we're being attacked by hungry giant DUCKS, SO I PUSH MY BABY AND HER CAR BACK TO SAFETEY AND RUN FOR MY LIFE... DUCKS STILL AFTER US OFCOURSE!! Luckily, a man comes with some more bread stealing the attention from us and saving the day.
My point is, not only people have changed, but even the Regent park ducks have changed :(
